Mason Hayes & Curran Promotes Michael Hanley as Partner

Leading Irish law firm, Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the promotion of Michael Hanley to Partner in its Financial Services Group.
Michael Hanley advises a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers with particular focus in the domestic market in SME sector and commercial real estate. He also advises on international cross border financing transactions including secured and unsecured debt finance transactions, trade finance and corporate finance. Michael has over 10 years’ experience and joined the firm in 2008 following the merger with Arthur O’Hagan.
Michael’s promotion is part of an ongoing development and expansion programme at the firm and the Financial Services team. The team has grown significantly in recent years and Michael appointment adds to the depth and breadth of experienced financial services lawyers at the firm.
