Advised on the successful acquisition of the regional airline Aer Arann from Examinership

Mason Hayes & Curran acted for Padraig O'Ceidigh and Everdeal Limited (a consortium of investors comprised of Padraig O'Ceidigh, Stobart Group and Tim Kilroe) regarding an equity investment in Ireland's regional airline Aer Arann, including the successful acquisition of the airline from examinership.

The investment by Everdeal Limited in Aer Arann was approved by the High Court on 5 November 2010 and will safeguard the existing 320 jobs in the company. Aer Arann is Ireland’s only regional airline and it is the second largest regional airline in Ireland and the British isles.
