Fourth Edition launched by President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce

April saw the launch, at the offices of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, of the fourth edition of the Jordans Irish Company Secretarial Precedent book, co-authored by Paula Phelan, chartered secretary and head of the company secretarial department in Mason Hayes & Curran.
The publication, which was launched by Peter Brennan, President of the Dublin Chamber contains a comprehensive set of professionally drafted precedents, minutes, resolutions and statutory forms for use by an Irish company secretary or his professional adviser. Other co-authors include Paul Egan, Solicitor and Liam Brazil, Solicitor and all three authors advise clients on corporate compliance and corporate governance matters.
As well as updating the book to take account of current practice, the authors have taken the opportunity to overhaul and expand the Appendices so as to provide relevant and practical information for the company secretary and practitioner.
