IFG

Mason Hayes & Curran is advising IFG in relation to its acquisition of 70% of the issued share capital of A.R.B. Underwriting Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary A.R. Brassington & Co. 

Done Deal

Mason Hayes & Curran advised Schibsted Classified Media AS on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Done Deal Limited.

Odeon

Mason Hayes & Curran represented Odeon in its acquisition of 9 Irish cinemas and 2 sites from Entertainment Enterprises.

Xilinx

Mason Hayes & Curran represented Xilinx, Inc in its acquisition of Omiino Limited.

Aer Arann

Mason Hayes & Curran represented a consortium of investors on the successful acquisition of Europe's largest regional airline Aer Arann.

LaCrosse

Represented LaCrosse to buy Bank of America Merrill Lynch's global alternative fund administration business.

Mylan

Represented Mylan Inc., to acquire Bioniche Pharma Holdings Limited, for $550 million in cash.

Skillsoft

Acting for Berkshire Partners, LLC Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital Partners, LLC in their recommended $1.2 billion offer by way of scheme of arrangement for Skillsoft plc.

Dragon Oil plc.

Advising Dragon Oil plc. on the recommended Stg£1.2bn offer by Emirates National Oil Company by means of a scheme of arrangement.

Vedanta

Represented Vedanta Resources PLC in connection with its acquisition of zinc mining interests in Ireland as part of its agreement with Anglo American PLC to purchase African and Irish zinc mining interests for $1.34 bn.

Silicon Labs Inc

Represented the Nasdaq listed, Silicon Labs Inc, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of ChipSensors Limited.

Argutus Medical Limited

Represented the shareholders of Argutus Medical Limited on the disposal of their entire shareholding to the AIM listed entity, EKF Diagnostic Holdings plc.

BA / Iberia Merger

Mason Hayes & Curran advised on BA / Iberia Merger into the collective International Airlines Group.   This merger created International Airlines Group which is now one of the world's largest airlines with a capitalization of US$6BN.
