Further expansion for Corporate department

Leading business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has today announced the appointment of Justin McKenna as partner in the firm's expanding Corporate Department.
Mr. McKenna is a prominent and highly regarded lawyer in Ireland practising across a range of areas including acquisitions and disposals of private companies, public company flotations and fundraisings, joint ventures, public offers of debt securities and management buyouts.

Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran Mr. McKenna was a senior Corporate and Securities Law partner within another Dublin law firm.
