Mason Hayes & Curran has selected South Bank House in Barrow Street as the location of its new, state-of-the-art Irish headquarters.
Leading business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran, which has offices in Dublin, London and New York, has selected South Bank House in Barrow Street as the location of its new, state-of-the-art Irish headquarters. The firm is currently located in three separate locations on Fitzwilliam Square and Leeson Street in Dublin 2.
South Bank House will consolidate Mason Hayes & Currans's existing Dublin premises, offering the firm efficient modern space in a prime location. Treasury Holdings, one of Ireland's leading developers, has achieved this by combining a superb site with a building of international quality. The new offices will offer the character and tranquillity of a business campus and at the same time a strategic location in Dublin's newest business district. This prime position is reflected in the superb transport links, flexible layout and top quality facilities.
Hamilton Osbourne King acted as letting agent for Mason Hayes & Curran.
The new building will be 9 storeys tall, with over 60,000 square feet and will accommodate Mason Hayes & Curran's 200 plus staff. The office will be entirely open plan, moving away from the traditional layout for law firms. Features of the new premises will include an atrium in the foyer, extending up five floors. The atrium will also feature a specially commissioned sculpture by a renowned artist. There will also be a landscaped terrace on the fifth floor of the building.
On the lower ground level there will be an interactive zone containing staff restaurant, gym and fitness centre, changing rooms for employees and a dedicated training centre.
Established in 1968, Mason Hayes & Curran is a leading Irish business law firm with offices in Dublin, London and New York. It is particularly focused on serving the needs of international enterprises doing business in Ireland. The firm's largest practice groups are transactional corporate and litigation. It also has particular experience in financial services and advising regulated industries including the energy, telecoms and media sectors. The real property group has enjoyed rapid growth in recent years, and human resources law is a further key strength of the practice.
