Leading business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has expanded its Intellectual Property (IP) group with the appointment of two new solicitors - Jeanne Kelly and Peter Bolger.
The IP group is headed up by Richard Woulfe.
Jeanne Kelly has been appointed as a senior associate in Mason Hayes & Curran. Jeanne studied law at University College Dublin and at the Universite de Haute Normandie, Rouen, France. Jeanne advises both public and private clients in relation to data protection, contract, telecommunications, information technology and intellectual property issues.
Peter Bolger joined Mason Hayes & Curran as a solicitor in January, 2005. Peter has a law degree and a masters degree in commercial law from University College Dublin. Peter practises in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and data protection law. He also advises on Internet and ecommerce law issues and general commercial law. Peter is an Irish Trade Mark Agent and a Community Trade Mark Attorney.

The new appointments mark the firm's continued expansion in the Irish marketplace, which most recently saw it launch a new taxation services division. In February 2005, Mason Hayes & Curran announced it was to open a London office.
