Senator Hillary Clinton Marks Opening of New York Representative Office of Mason Hayes & Curran

The New York Senator, Hillary Clinton marked the establishment of Dublin law firm Mason Hayes & Curran's New York representative office at a ceremony in her offices on Capitol Hill, Washington.
At the ceremony, Mr. Declan Moylan, Managing Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran said, "Our international practice continues to expand, reflecting the growth patterns in Ireland's economy. The opening of our offices in Madison Avenue will consolidate our workflow from the United States and affirms our confidence in both economies. The United States is one of Ireland's top two trading partners and the main source of inward investment," he said.
Located at 261 Madison Avenue, their North American representative lawyer, Mr. Daniel Walsh, heads up the offices. Mr Walsh is a member of the New York Bar and worked as a business lawyer in the United States. He also served as General Counsel to an Irish licensed bank, established by U.S investment bank, Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
"We believe that the appointment of Dan Walsh, a US lawyer, who is more likely to have a more sophisticated and intuitive view of the US market, gives our firm a competitive advantage and signals our serious intentions on targeting US investment and business in Ireland" said Declan Moylan.
