Mason Hayes & Curran Appoint New Head of Litigation Department

Mason Hayes & Curran is delighted to announce that Emer Gilvarry has been appointed head of the Litigation Department.

Independent surveys consistently show that Mason Hayes & Curran has one of Ireland's top litigation practices, with expertise in many niche areas, including competition (anti-trust) litigation, IP litigation, tracing actions, professional negligence actions, shareholder and inter-company disputes as well as in general commercial litigation.

Litigation has traditionally been a very significant part of Mason Hayes & Curran, accounting for approximately 40% of the firm's business. "I am pleased to be given this opportunity to lead our litigation department through what I expect to be very challenging and interesting times."
