Expansion of Construction Law Practice

Mason Hayes & Curran is pleased to announce the appointment of Rory Kirrane as Partner of their rapidly expanding construction law practice.
Rory joins the firm from the Dublin office of Masons, U.K. Law firm where he dealt with contentious and non contentious aspects of construction law.
Mr Kirrane's practice area will focus on Irish and international construction disputes. He will also advise the firm's clients on litigation, arbitration, mediation and effective dispute resolution in the construction sector.
"The rapid growth of the construction sector has been accompanied by a consequent increase in the demands of expertise in commercial building and large scale civil engineering projects, said Mr. Kirrane "Also EU public procurement issues in relation to large infrastructure projects, including Public Private Partnerships form an increasingly important part of construction law practice.
