On course for completion of South Bank House headquarters

Treasury Holdings, Ireland’s largest and most successful property Development Company, today announced it is on schedule to complete another office development located in the Grand Canal Docks for leading law firm, Mason Hayes & Curran.

The new office headquarters which extends to 60,000 sq.ft is an example of one of Dublin's high specification third generation offices with top of the range finishes throughout. South Bank HouseMason Hayes & Curran are currently on site carrying out their tenant fit out works and are due to take occupation in mid April of this year.

The building which boasts of floor to ceiling glazing framed in a bush hammered granite is also fully air conditioned with floor plenum. Parking has also been integrated into the basement of the building which is imperative to city living. A large enclosed atrium will channel shafts of light down through each floor of office accommodation.

The new office is adjacent to Treasury Holdings own head office; a renovated, protected warehouse which houses three floors of office accommodation. 

Treasury Holdings has taken the project from its inception through the planning, letting and procurement process and will see it through to its completion.
