Irish lawyer named in European Top 100

Declan Moylan, Managing Partner of Mason Hayes & Curran has been named as one of the leading 100 lawyers in Europe by U.K. based publication "The Lawyer".
These prestigious awards are named annually by 'The Lawyer' magazine in the U.K. Using its unique positioning and insight into the legal marketplace, the award selections are devised solely by the magazine and are not open to external lobbying or nomination. Recognition is given to practicing lawyers for their achievements across a range of disciplines, including in-house counsel, public sector, corporate, management, the bar, finance, real estate and dispute resolution. Declan Moylan has been selected in the ‘Management’ category, alongside lawyers from leading global law firms such as Clifford Chance, Linklaters and Hammonds.
As managing partner at Mason Hayes & Curran, Declan Moylan made the ground-breaking decision in 2005 to go on record as the first Irish law firm to reveal financial turnover figures. The revolutionary move sparked a lively debate in legal circles both in Ireland and overseas.
During his tenure, Mason Hayes & Curran has expanded into a full service, business law firm, with offices in Dublin, London and New York. Acting for many blue-chip clients from both the domestic and international markets, Mason Hayes & Curran now employ over 200 staff and plan to move to purpose built, state-of-the-art headquarters in Dublin’s rapidly developing Docklands area within the coming months.
