Represented Bank of Ireland and Enterprise Ireland in the establishment of €26 million seed capital fund (9th November 2009)
David O'Donnell, Head of Corporate and Dylan Latimer, Solicitor, represented Bank of Ireland and Enterprise Ireland in the establishment of the Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund 2009. The fund is comprised of an investment of €17 million by Bank of Ireland, €8 million from Enterprise Ireland and €1 million from the University of Limerick Foundation. Kernel Capital will manage the fund which will invest between €100,000 and €650,000 in high potential start up companies operating in technology, food and financial services sectors.This transaction underlines Mason Hayes+Curran's commitment to emerging businesses and technology companies.
