Martin Kelleher, Corporate Partner and Head of Life Sciences, represented Vysera Biomedical Limited in a significant transaction with Merit Medical Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:MMSI). The transaction involved Merit entering into a licence, development and supply agreement relating to Vysera's proprietary valve technology and biomaterial technology as well as taking an equity stake in Vysera.
