Learning & Development


Your learning and development are very important to us. Because our internship programme is the only way we recruit our trainees, we invest a great deal in your training. We want to make sure that you are able to get the most out of your experience here at Mason Hayes & Curran. During your internship, you will be assigned a ‘buddy’ and a mentor. Your ‘buddy’ is a fellow trainee who has also been through our internship programme and your mentor is a Senior Associate at the firm. In addition to this, you will also have:

  • Full induction and systems training
  • Huge support from the library staff
  • Series of lunch-time talks with partners from different practice areas
  • Access to Continuous Professional Development talks
  • Access to fee earners at all levels
