The Team
The Mason Hayes & Curran EU & Antitrust team is widely-recognised as one of the leading practices in Ireland. The work of the team includes a diverse range of Irish and EU competition, regulatory and merger control matters. Current high-profile work being undertaken by the team includes, major merger control cases, cartel investigations, Competition Authority market studies and competition litigation before the Irish Courts. In addition, we advise companies and regulators on sector regulation (in rail, water, energy and telecoms). We also advise on other EU law issues such as State aid. We have maintained a good balance between contentious and non-contentious matters over a number of years. In our Dublin office, there are currently three Partners, three Associates and two Trainees.

Knowledge Systems Manager
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Systems Manager to join our Knowledge team. You will report to the Director of Knowledge and be responsible for developing, upgrading, managing and delivering Knowledge resources, systems and enabling tools for fee solicitors in all practice areas. The Knowledge Systems Manager also provides a key liaison role between the firm’s Knowledge Department, IT Department, Marketing Department, Library and solicitors.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management professional with outstanding communications skills and experience of Knowledge Management within a legal or professional services environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic, independent thinker with a genuine passion for Knowledge Management and a proven track record of designing, implementing, managing and delivery successful projects on time within budget.
A high level of computer literacy skills and an ability to manage IT issues with experience of using SharePoint and knowledge management systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of HTML coding and use of Macromedia would be advantageous. The ideal candidate has a minimum of degree level qualification in Library or Information Management, IT, Computer Science, Multi-Media or another legal qualification at degree level.
