Mason Hayes+Curran is a full service business law firm with offices in Dublin, New York and London. The firm is 40 years old and employs 240 staff including 121 lawyers. In addition Mason Hayes+Curran has a long established Private Client practice, MH+C Private. We offer a broad spectrum of services to business, institutional and government clients.
In October 2008 Mason Hayes+Curran merged with Arthur O'Hagan a long established practice specialising in healthcare, education and charities. The merged firm operates from our headquarters in Dublin's docklands and brings a broader service offering to clients of both firms.
As we have grown we have recognised the need to identify and promote the values which have taken us this far, and which we are intent on retaining as we continue to develop. Mason Hayes+Curran has always been known as a law firm with a difference; a law firm with a personality, and a law firm that has the expertise to deliver fully on client expectations.
We know that as a business we need to ensure that we retain this essence, this unique spirit that differentiates and defines who we are. We continually revaluate and challenge our values, examining their purpose and how they serve us. Thus far we have found that our values provide direction and clarity. They keep us true to our mission to provide superior legal services to clients.

Our values can be encapsulated into three themes:

This focus also ensures that we continually develop our business practices and improve our efficiency.
