Mary Killeen

Mary is Director of Operations at Mason Hayes & Curran.  She has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the firm’s HR strategy, including training and development, to ensure that all fee earners can provide the best possible service to clients.  Mary has 10 years’ experience in the legal sector.  She joined Arthur O’Hagan Solicitors in 2002 as HR & Administration Manager and moved to Mason Hayes & Curran when the firms merged in 2008.  

Mary previously worked in the IT sector where she held a variety of roles including IT Instructor (Microsoft Certified Trainer), Administration Manager and Marketing Manager.  She is a member of the PM Forum and the Legal Education & Training Group (LETG).  She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.  

Natalie McGuinness

Natalie joined as Director of Marketing and Business Development in 2010.  She is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy at Mason Hayes & Curran with a particular focus on client management. 

Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran, Natalie worked as Alumni Relations Director in UCD School of Business and also worked in Vodafone for almost 10 years in a number of marketing roles in Ireland, UK and Asia.  Natalie is an MBA graduate from UCD Smurfit School and member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and MBA Association of Ireland.

Des Murray

Des joined as Director of Finance at Mason Hayes & Curran in 2006.  Des has  worked for over 12 years in the legal sector and holds a  wide range of financial experience.  Having trained and qualified with John Woods Chartered Accountants, Des spent four  years in Audit with Price Waterhouse before moving into industry with Tesco Ireland as Financial Reporting Manager. 

Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran, Des spent over five years  in the finance department of another leading law firm.  He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Institute of Legal Accountants in Ireland.  Des has brought this experience to bear, ensuring the effectiveness of Mason Hayes & Curran’s comprehensive financial controls and systems in providing a secure, efficient financial client management and support service to the firm.

Niall O’Dowd

Niall joined as Director of IT at Mason Hayes & Curran in 2008.  Niall has extensive knowledge of the Legal IT industry having held a senior IT role in another top six law firm for over 10 years.  He has been involved in the IT industry for 18 years. 

Niall has a wide range of experience with numerous IT systems across various different platforms. He has brought this experience to bear in delivering a comprehensive IT strategy to supply Mason Hayes & Curran with a cutting edge IT platform for providing fast and efficient services to clients.

Amanda Zahringer

Amanda Zahringer assumed the role of Director of Knowledge at Mason Hayes & Curran in 2012. Amanda is responsible for managing and developing the Knowledge strategy at Mason Hayes & Curran and leads the Knowledge team across the firm.  Amanda qualified and practised as a corporate lawyer for over 7 years including, having trained and qualified with Simmons & Simmons, working at another top tier Irish firm in Knowledge Management before moving in house with AIB Merchant Services as Legal Director.
