We are proud of and value the friendly and informal working atmosphere in the organisation. We have an open plan layout which is unusual for a law firm. Everyone has the same desk, even the Managing Partner. This works very well and everyone is respectful of the open plan etiquette, for example by taking telephone calls in quiet rooms located around the floor.

The partners are committed to maintaining and further developing a consultative approach on all matters likely to affect staff interests. We encourage staff involvement at all levels and are committed to fostering a climate of constructive and open communication throughout the firm.

Staff Development and Training - the learning needs of each individual are met through thorough training and learning support.
Employees are given time off for work-related study leave and exams. This applies to all staff including trainees, solicitors and corporate support staff.
Assessment and improvement of health and safety in the workplace. This includes an H&S committee, fire warden, training for staff on workplace safety and First Aid volunteers.
