Employees at MH&C have the pleasure of being surrounded by original works of art every day while at work thanks to the extensive MH&C Art collection. Presenting original art in the workplace offers an important respite and inspiration for staff. Clients can view our interesting pieces in the public areas and client conference rooms - the piece itself can often be a talking point and help break the ice in difficult situations! In our 40th year, MH&C is celebrating its involvement with the Arts, some past and present activities include:

  • Art auctions for staff
  • Art on Loan to IMMA and others
  • Art on loan to MH&C
  • Sponsorship of exhibitions and publications
  • Support of the RHA
  • Gallery visits for clients and staff
  • Art talks for staff including artist of the month features
  • Business to Arts membership

MH&C is an active member of Business to Arts whose aim is to broker, enable and support creative partnerships between business and the arts. An example of our close collaboration was Dublin's Culture Night where we were delighted to join forces with Business to Arts to facilitate the viewing of the firm's collection of art, and present a talk on collecting and commissioning to demystify the process for the public. Over 140 guests attended a very enjoyable evening.
